Gerard Elmore Writer/Director/Producer/Editor/Actor
Gerard, the award-winning director/actor/producer, whose wide range of experiences varies from television and production, to stand-up comedy, to acting. He drew upon all his experiences and expertise to create "All for Melissa", his first feature length film. The film showcases Gerard's skill and talent both behind and in front of the camera. A University of Hawaii Graduate, Gerard currently works at Shooters Film Productions as a Commercial Director.
His short film, VALTOR THE GREAT VS THE UNIVERSE, won the Honolulu Magazine Best Short Film Award at the 2005 Louis Vuitton Hawaii International Film Festival. His previous film, AMASIAN: THE AMAZING ASIAN, was a fan favorite at the 2004 LVHIFF and later won at the 2004 Cinema Paradise Film Festival. The film later received much praise at the popular Fantasia Film Festival in Montreal, Canada. Mr. Elmore also recently wrapped up a yearlong stint for Crown Royal, producing video blogs as a field correspondent on the NASCAR circuit. |

Titus Y.H. Chong, Executive Producer
Titus, raised in Hawaii, started his career at Warner Bros. Television, where he worked with such shows as FRIENDS, VERONICA'S CLOSET, ER, THE WEST WING, and THE DREW CAREY SHOW.
He then went to work on TV projects and feature films such as MIGHTY JOE YOUNG, LITTLE RICHARD, A.I. ARTIFICAL INTELLIGENCE, AMERICAN TRAGEDY, THE MIND OF THE MARRIED MAN, and most recently, THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA: THE LION, THE WITCH, AND THE WARDROBE.
Titus, an ever present fixture in the Hawaii filmmaking community, has been involved in various projects including: Seeking Rainbows, A Legacy, To Kill a Mole, Finding Aloha, Grandma's Recipe, Intruder, Intercepted, BLOOD OF THE SAMURAI, Ninja EX, Hawaii's Missing Kids, Losing It, Stolen Reel, The Adventures of Jonathan Gullible, The Art of Wedding and Go For Broke.

Shawn Hiatt, Executive Producer/Camera Operator/Jib Operator
Shawn comes from a long line of industry professionals. His grandfather was a Disney animator and his father is a cinema SFX designer in Europe.
After earning a B.A. in Broadcast Communications from the University of Hawaii, Shawn went on to work for the production company QDD, then Pacific Focus Inc. as staff Cinematographer for 9 years.
There he developed his craft while filming hundreds of commercials and countless documentaries. Since pursuing a freelance career in 1997, his credits and client list have continued to expand.
The founder and ownder of Edge City Films, his recent works include the award-winning films SUNDAY WIND and PELE O KA FOODMART, music videos for BET, MTV, and JAZZ TV, documentaries, and numerous commercials. |

Christina Simpkins, Executive Producer/Actress
Simpkins has worked both in front of and behind the camera. She is a SAG actor ( Mrs Munson on LOST season 3, and Susan on All For Melisa, Her , Detour ) but her true passion is the development, funding and production stages of filmmaking.
She continues to work with film companies and fellow producers out of LA and her main focus is bringing quality content to both the LA investors and film companies. With the extraordinary locations , exceptional crews, and unique talent pool, Hawaii is a logical choice for production.

Scott Lee Mason, Producer/Editor/And Everything Else Man
Making movies since childhood, Scott honed his skills at an early age creating such varied projects as music videos, Claymation, and Lego animation. Upon graduating from Florida State University, Scott went on to work at PBS, then became a news editor and promotions producer in Tallahassee. Scott, now an award winning editor, went on to work as the lead graphic artist, creating numerous 3D worlds for corporate videos at Mike Vasilinda Productions. While in Los Angeles, he shota High-Definition movie for the producers of NYPD BLUE, designed preliminary graphics and worked post production on ABC pilot THE THREAT MATRIX, served as the on-line editor and special effects artist for the feature film THE REAL CANCUN, and directed the independent horror feature film THE ORB.

Vince Keala Lucero, Producer/Camera/Actor
After graduating from Loyola Marymount University in ’97, he joined Swank Audio Visuals at the Renaissance LAX Hotel. At 23, he became the company’s youngest Manager at the Four Seasons Newport Beach and later the Ritz Carlton Kapalua.
A talented actor as well, Lucero played principal roles in commercials for Central Pacific Bank, Hilo Hatties, Malama Aina, Ohana Hotels and Panasonic. He is also playing Joe Kahahawai in Kumu Kahua’s rendition of the Kahahawai/Massie Case. His passion however, remains filmmaking. Last summer, Lucero was busy as D.P. on HIFF shorts "Kissing God," "Symphony for One," and Lon Takiguchi's feature "Public Access: 4 of 5."

Connie M. Florez, Producer/1st Assistant Director
Connie, an active member of the Hawaii film and television industry for over ten years, has recently completed production on The Willing, a feature film shot on location in Palm Springs, CA and awarded the recent 2007 Acceleration Grant for Emerging Women Filmmakers sponsored by Women in Film/General Motors Alliance.
Currently she is working on three feature documentaries, Hawaii Statehood Project, The Glades Project and TATAU-Tongan Evolution. Her work has been funded by grants from such diverse groups such as: Pacific Islanders In Communications, Astraea Lesbian Action Fund for Justice, The Paul Robeson Fund for Independent Media, and The Open Call Development Fund. She also received an award from the National Endowment for the Arts for the documentary she produced, Ke Kulana He Mahu: Remembering a Sense of Place. The NEA is currently utilizing the film as part of their Civil Rights Program curriculum training.
As a lecturer and instructor at the University of Hawaii at Manoa-Academy for Creative Media, she teaches Cinematic and Digital Narrative Production, and also serves as Director of Film Programming for the Honolulu Gay and Lesbian Cultural Foundation/Honolulu Rainbow Film Festival. |

Anne Misawa, Director of Photography
Anne Misawa was raised in Hawaii. Having graduated from University of Southern California’s Graduate Film and Television Program, she has worked internationally in producing, directing, cinematography, and editing. Directorial credits include: Waking Mele, (Sundance 2000 Film Festival), and Eden’s Curve, (Emerging Film Best feature Award, NCGLFF, 2003) amongst others. Her work as cinematographer include many award-winning films: Kamea, (HIFF 2004 Best Short Award), Time Out, (directed by Xelinda Yancy, executive produced by John Singleton, HBO Award), Salt, (Caligari Award for Innovative Filmmaking at Berlin Int. Film Festival, 2003), Liv, (directed by Edoardo Ponti, executive produced by Robert Altman and Michaelangelo Antonioni, Venice Int. Film Festival, 1998). She has just finished shooting Treeless Mountain, directed by So Yong Kim, in Korea. She has also edited various projects including the feature Punks, (directed by Patrik-Ian Polk, Sundance 2000 Film Festival, Best Independent Feature Film Award at the Cleveland Int. Film Festival.) Along with production work, she teaches film production at the Academy for Creative Media, University of Hawai’i.

Dean Sensui, Producer, Glidecam operator
Dean Sensui is currently co-producer and co-owner of the weekly television show, "Hawaii Goes Fishing". He's also a partner in a small production company, Imagination Media Hawaii, that does commercial and other production work.
Prior to becoming an independent video producer, Dean spent 24 years as a photographer and chief photographer at the Honolulu Star-Bulletin. As modern technology moved into the digital age, so did the newspaper business. And he transformed the Star-Bulletin's photo department into an all-digital operation.
Toward the end of the 20th Century, Dean's career slowly migrated toward video production. At the beginning of 2005 he became fully committed to doing independent production work and left the newspaper business.
Dean holds a BA degree in journalism from the University of Hawaii. He a licensed pilot, a certified scuba diver, a cyclist, and a lousy fisherman.

TW Walsh, Orginal Score
TW was born in Melrose, Massachusetts, and started his musical career as a drummer in a number of indie-rock bands. He released his first solo album, How We Spend Our Days, in early 2000. TW played bass for David Bazan's band "Pedro the Lion" and later became actively involved with another Bazan musical project, "Headphones". 2001 brought a move to Truckstop Records and the release of TW's second solo effort, the haunting and beautiful Blue Laws, on which he played drums, bass, guitar, piano and organ in addition to writing and singing. Pollensongs, a five track EP, came in 2002 and TW recently released another EP entitled In Moderation under his band pseudonym "The Soft Drugs". |
